Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original professional packaging, ensuring all accessories, charging cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
